I had mentioned on here that we were going to have pictures done with Spencer. I am THRILLED with how they came out!! I know that we will all treasure these pictures and even my husband, who initially thought I was crazy about the cost, has realized it was soooo worth it. I posted the link in my blog; but thought I'd post over here too. 🙂
Jac and Angel Spencer. Spencer was 5.25 years old. He fought a grade 3 fibrosarcoma, started on his shoulder. Left front leg amputated in August 2011. 15 weeks of chemo finished 12/22/11 (mytox and adria). Lung mets found on x-rays 12/28/11. Started carboplatin 1/6/12. Went to Heaven on 2/27/12. Comet - 1999 to 2011
She departed us unexpectedly January 23, 2011 at the age of 12 1/2.
She was born with a deformed front leg and a tripawd all of her life.

Well worth it!
The pictures are awesome, an investment in forever, but I hope Spencer is around for a long, long time!
And I still love his ears!

Oh my gosh you should be thrilled, these are amazing. Since they say "do not copy, save or print" next to them I didn't paste my favorite in here, but I encourage everypawdy to go over there and see the pics.
Your family is just beautiful, and I'm sure this time will stay in your kids' hearts forever. What a truly special way to capture the love you all share for Spencer.

Look at you respecting that comment Jerry! As a photographer I know how frustrating it can be when people do stuff like... cropping out my watermark (seriously makes me batty!). 🙂

Those are beautiful pics-- what jumps out at me is Spencer's LOVE for your kids. He absolutely adores them. Look at how he looks at them-- he oozes love and contentment. What a special boy you have (and gorgeous too). Kids are beautiful too!

Abby: Aug 1, 2009 – Jan 10, 2012. Our beautiful rescue pup lived LARGE with osteosarcoma for 15 months – half her way-too-short life. I think our "halflistic" approach (mixing traditional meds + supplements) helped her thrive. (PM me for details. I'm happy to help.) She had lung mets for over a year. They took her from us in the end, but they cannot take her spirit! She will live forever in our hearts. She loved the beach and giving kisses and going to In-N-Out for a Flying Dutchman. That is such a tough call! The second one is probably my #1, the kids look so hoppy and Spencer looks so vibrant! I also like the 7th one down, you guys are just so darn cute! Spencer alone, #12, is also a classic.
See I can't decide! They are all great. Good to know she is in SoCal, we have family there. I will definitely refer them to Melissa the next time they're looking for a photog.
