This Wednesday, March 2nd, will be Roxy's one year ampuversary! We are so excited and know how blessed we are to still have our girl with us. I want to say thank you again to Jim and Renee for taking their time to honor Roxy with the gift items. What perfect timing!
I haven't been posting in the forums for a while, but I still read up almost daily. For all of you going through the beginning stages of cancer and/or amputation for whatever reason, stay strong and have faith. I know, way easier said than done. I remember all too well the doubts and fears and near constant crying because I was afraid I would make the wrong decision. Just love your pups one day at a time! They have so much faith in you for a good reason.

Happy one year Roxy! That is a fantastic milestone! I am trying hard to just do one day at a time with Cooper , it is hard, but I guess you can only the work on the now anyway - keep up the good work and may you have many more ampuversaries to come!

Comet - 1999 to 2011
She departed us unexpectedly January 23, 2011 at the age of 12 1/2.
She was born with a deformed front leg and a tripawd all of her life.

Happy one year, Roxy. I am always thrilled when someone makes that huge milestone. It takes lots of faith, some awesome pawrents, and a little luck to put all those one days together into a full year.

Kami, Angel Mackenzie and Kobe
My sweet golden Mackenzie. She became my angel on Dec 29, 2010 at the age of 8 1/2 although she was always my angel from the time we brought her home. She was diagnosed with osteosarcoma in Sept 2009 and officially became a tripawd (front leg) on Nov 5, 2009. She will be forever in my heart and now she's running free with all of our other tripawd heroes. I love you Mackenzie!

My buddy Gus had a left front amputation on April 7, 2010 and lived a great life until July 26,2010

Holly joined the world of tripawds on 12/29/2009. She has a big little sister, Zuzu, who idolizes Holly and tries to make all of her toys into tripawds in Holly's honor. And she's enjoying life one hop at a time!
