Just continue to get better and better. My mom and dad have to schedule my surgery within the next two weeks and they are having a hard time. Ruffs and kisses to you and hope you get lots of rest.

Hello, everypawdy! I am so sorry that it has been a while since I have updated you. It's just been pretty hectic around here. It is kind of a good news/bad news situation. The surgery really seems to have helped my Mommy's headaches. However, she now has some hyper-sensitivity that the Dr. thinks is a deep infection. So, he will have to open her head back up later this week to "clean her out." Personally, I think she is just trying to show me up because I only had one surgery. I hope Santa Paws remembers my Christmas gifts, since Mommy may not feel up to shopping or sending a letter to the North Pole.

She departed us unexpectedly January 23, 2011 at the age of 12 1/2.
She was born with a deformed front leg and a tripawd all of her life.

ginger, this is such scary news!! we know you and brian are the best nurses available, so your mom is in the best hands!!! we've got our paws crossed and all of our ET juju is zooming to illinois to get annie feeling better by christmas. santa already told us you're on the good list (we are a major manufacturer for the big guy), so don't worry about that. if there's anything you need - let us know...us illini folks need to stick together.

Sadie is my 9yr old Rott/Shepherd mix. Diagnosed with osteosarcoma in her right scapula 1/28/10. Our brave girl had her amputation 2/13/10 and her last chemotherapy on 6/6/10. Unfortunately, a tumor appeared in her back right leg and on 10/7/2010 Sadie's earthly journey came to an end. On 10/24/2010 we adopted Ranger, a handsome Rott/Lab mix tripawd (got hit by a car) I think Sadie sent him to us.

Thank you to everypawdy for your nice words. I just wanted you all to know that my Mommy will be having her surgery at 7:30 tomorrow morning. They will open up her head again and flush her wound out. I sure hope they don't flush out some of her brains while they are in there. We have high hopes and can sure feel all your good thoughts and juju coming to Illinois. We will keep you posted.
