Do dreams come true? With your help, Austin Ray’s will. One year ago today three-legged German Shepherd Austin Ray was picked up on the streets of Stanislaus County. He was an emaciated 52 pounds, had systemic yeast and staph infections, and parasites. After months of treatment and good food he is a healthy 76 pounds. Austin is now campaigning not only for a furever home, but also to become Mayor of Alameda County, to show the world that three-legged (tripawd) rescue dogs R.U.L.E! You can vote once a day in the primaries, which end tonight. The top 3 dawgs from each county will go on to the election for Mayor! Vote for Austin here:

Thanks to everpawdy that voted for Austin Ray! He made it into third place by two (2) votes, meaning he will be in the runoff for Mayor of Alameda County. There will be more voting soon, and as soon as we learn the details we will pass them along. Again, thanks to Tripawds for all the support!
