Harmony became a Tripawd on 10/21/14 (MCT). She left us way too soon on 11/1/14.

So ADORABLE!!!! That looks like a very inviting pool..... I wonder if JL would like a baby pool? Shelby wasn't a huge fan of getting wet ... bath, ocean, lake ... I've always wanted a dog that liked to wade in a pool! 🙂
Maybe if summer arrives in LA, we'll check it out ... June Gloom here!

October 15, 2000 to April 8, 2014
Our story: Broke rear leg in June 2013 - non-conclusive results for cancer so leg was plated and pinned. Enlarged spleen in September 2013 and had it removed and was diagnosed with Hemangiosarcoma and started chemotherapy. Became a Tripawd January 8th, 2014 and definitive Hemangiosarcoma diagnosis. Three major surgeries in 7 months and Shelby took them all like a champ only to lose her battle to cancer in her brain. We had 8 amazing extra months together and no regrets. #shelbystrong #loveofmylife

What's really funny is you see the blue ball in the water? That's her favorite toy and she won't go wading without it. She likes to squeak it underwater and it fills up. Then she chase Mel around the yard squeezing it like a water pistol.
Mel is not amused . . .

Murphy doesn't like the water either! If we get the hose out he will run and bark at it lol Cassie, on the other hand, will steal the sprinkler! It's never safe around her! Neither is any hose - when my husband is vacuuming the pool, she tries to catch the water coming out of that hose (yuck!), so we put her in the house. All 3 dogs will walk around the pool on the deck, but none of them want to come in.

Awww a day at the pool! Love it! I was just thinking we need one of those for Wyatt Ray but it never gets hot enough to use one here in the summertime at 8700' elevation!

Yeah, the heat is getting crazy way too early. Â It's 95 degrees here in WV and humid...
. Â We have found Lucian does not like hot weather. Â I can't get to the door fast enough when we're outside before he starts banging on it. Â Who knew a doberman would prefer snow and cold temps...
