This post from Blue Dog Bakery was shared by WestVet Emergency and Specialist Hospital in Boise. Murphy did his PT there. I loved it. Now I need to get it on to the Facebook page. I think I have it figured out...hopefully.

Murphy is a five year old Lab/Chessie cross. He was hit by a car on 10/29/12 and became a Tripawd on 11/24/12. On 2/5/13, he had a total hip replacement on his remaining back leg. He has absolutely no idea that he has only three legs!
UPDATE: Murphy lived his life to the fullest, right up until an aggressive bone lesion took him across the Rainbow Bridge on April 9, 2015 and he gained his membership in the April Angels. Run free, my love. You deserve it!

What a great message! I am so thankful for this site (Jim & Rene) and the support and kindness it has offered to so many. To all the wonderful Tripawd members who help each other even during their own difficult time and to all our beautiful fur kids that have shown us what real strength and bravery is and how to face adversity with their joy for life - thank you.

Luanne and Spirit Shooter
Spirit Shooter was a Miniature Australian Shepherd who was diagnosed with a MCT and had a LF amp 1/28/13 at 13-1/2 years old.
Shooter crossed the Bridge on 8/28/13, his 7 month ampuversary and two weeks from his 14th birthday.

Jill is a 9-year-old tuxedo kitty. She was diagnosed with Osteosarcoma in June 2012 on her toe in her right hind leg. Her leg was amputated on 12/12/12 and she completed four rounds of chemo (2 of Carbo, 2 of Doxy) in April 2013. Happy (late) Thanksgiving everyone.
I was laying in bed on Thanksgiving morning, Barret draped over my chest with both my other dogs pressed against my sides and I thought to myself "This, this is what I am thankful for in this moment. I am thankful that I can be here and enjoy the happiness that my guys bring me each and every day. I thought about this community and how lost I would have been with out it and I am thankful for you too. Each and every one of you, new members and old."
Thank you all so very much. I hope you had a terrific holiday with your loved ones.
