On August 20, 2010, Smartypants Productions Inc., ( a division of "Cometdog Company") has announced today they have signed a definitive merger agreement with Prettypants Productions (formerly known as, "Mackenzie Movies, Inc.").
Under the agreement, the merged company, 'Pants Productions will make them the largest production company on Tripawds.com.
Company CEO, Cometdog of Smartypants Productions spoke on the matter saying, "We are seeing some independent production companies pop up doing good work. In order to keep them from getting too big for their britches/pants, we are joining with Miss Mackenzie's production company to create a monopoly. Last I looked monopolies are legal on Tripawds.com. We will be a behemoth!"
Company CEO Miss Mackenzie of Mackenzie's Movies, Inc was interviewed, "Mackenzie's Movies, Inc. has some fresh flowery ideas and will bring sweetness to 'Pants Productions. Our work speaks of inspiration, hope, love, laughter and kindness. Our first big hit, 'These Paws are Made for Hoppin' production won Best New Director and Actor award from SPVA Academy."
The new formed company expects to realize $200 gazillion in revenue minus taxes and net cost. They will be able to double their production!

Daisy, 12 years young, had left forelimb amp on 5/19/2010 due to osteosarcoma. She left her body behind and joined the other spirit tripawds on 7/16/2010.
So grateful for each day with her!

I think Trouble could run Gayle a race for CNO - oh wait, neither of them can run while they nap! I'm kinda tired of working so I thought if you have a gazillion dollars coming in, you could just pay me to enjoy life for a while. We can call it the CDO - Chief Deadbeat Officer 😉

Pretty Pants here! I just wanted to thank you all for your show of enthusiasm and support for what's going to be one of the most exciting mergers of the century. I'm so excited to be a part of a monopoly that wiill make $200 gazillion in revenue minus taxes and net cost while crushing the little guys and doubling our production!! 
And for the great suggestions of hiring a CFO, CNO and CDO - we are taking applications now!

My sweet golden Mackenzie. She became my angel on Dec 29, 2010 at the age of 8 1/2 although she was always my angel from the time we brought her home. She was diagnosed with osteosarcoma in Sept 2009 and officially became a tripawd (front leg) on Nov 5, 2009. She will be forever in my heart and now she's running free with all of our other tripawd heroes. I love you Mackenzie!

I am very happy to hear about your new business venture. I can't compete with Gayle and Charon being CNO & CFO or Trouble on CDO, ok I might qualify for that, but I wouldn't want to step on any one's paws.

Hey Comet, Ginger here -or make that Legalpants here. I actually used to work for Dewey, Cheetum & Howe before I went out on my own. I now work with my Daddy's firm, Sue, Grabbitt & Runne. Plus, we are willing to take our pay in stock in Pants Productions instead of money – that's how much faith I have in you and Miss Mackenzie. You can get back with me on our fee agreement.
