As we were going back to the car we heard somebody shrieking with delight smiley

It was Cristina (and her brother) who enthusiastically told Mom she is the proud Mom of Tristao, a gold Dane the same age as me !

The interesting part is my name Eurydice is based on a terribly romantic Greek legend called "Eurydice and Orpheus"

Well, Tristao e Isolda i.e. "Tristan and Iseult" is a 12th century French poetry tale inspired by a Celtic legend and equally as romantic as Eurydice and Orpheus heart

We were bound to be instant friends heart

I have a confession to make ...

and any moment is as good as right now to spit it out and get it out of my chest ...

Mom has been slightly worried lately as my breath stinks ... apparently it really, really stinks ...

But Mom being Mom she didn't want to upset me (me being a girly girl as we've established earlier ...) so she gave it a few days to see if it would just go away ...

Well, it didn't ...

This only started after my last chemo session and today Mom decided to take me to see the oncologist hence our trip to Lisbon ...

When we arrived the lovely receptionists gave me some really yummy treats clap

I honestly do not get how some dawgs dislike the vets, I totally love them heart there's always endless treats and cuddles heart

In the end, my bad breath was due to an alteration of whatever is normally in my mouth but it is not serious at all ... teeth brushing more frequently and a mouth wash (used differently than you humans do) and I'll smell as fresh as a rose again big-blink

Luis also run some blood tests just in case and told Mom they were brilliant, my blood cells were around the minimum level but that is as expected for the week following chemo so I am sailing through doxorubicin so far just as I did during carboplatin and metronomics  clown

I can tell you Mom was a really, really, really happy bunny big-grin

And now off to bed ...

Mom mentioned something about going to the beach tomorrow as the weather is truly marvellous way-cool

I can't wait !!!!!
