Sue and Queen Nova... it is bittersweet to see Fortis float coat this way, bitter because of the great great loss of Fortis from our ranks , and at the same time such a wonderful gift for Cooper. Everyone here can be assured that as soon as there is water for Coop to swim in, he and his new float coat will be there and mom and dad at the ready with camcorder and cameras and we will be posting pictures and videos for everyone here. As I have told Brett - Fortis' name will remain on the float coat in tribute to him, having Fortis name on there permanently is what we consider to be a high honor, Coops name is to be added below... we love and miss Fortis......

Oh Cooper, I got a float coat too from Hurricane Rosie. Its a little bit big (and Rosies a PUPPY!!) My face is scrunched up cause I hate water and mom says as soon as the pool thaws out....IM GOING IN !
Daisy earned her wings on Oct 22, 2011 at 14 years old
She is now the official greeter at the rainbow bridge

Cooper! How handsome you look in Fortis' float coat ! I am happy the fit is good and glad to share such a special part of Fortis' joy with you. I know he will be swimming with you in spirit.
Ken & Faith, do make sure to take lots of pics and videos to share with us. Funny, even though we had so many swim pictures of Fortis I never missed taking new ones on each visit to the river. Thanks to you guys for your kind caring nature.
I love and miss Fortis too....

Pattie, we will surely take many pictures and videos of Cooper swimming, we may go to our cabin this weekend, but I doubt Coopie will be able to swim for at least a month yet. It is a perfect fit, and please tell Brett that Fortis name on the float coat is not intrusive, we consider having Fortis name on the float coat a high honor. 🙂
