And, one of the current neuros looking at both CharlieBear and EmmaRose is none other than the former head of neurology for the Animal Health Trust
I know the Animal Health Trust well, and it's very highly regarded. Elsie had her eyes operated on there by a fabulous vet called Claudia Hartley, an ophthalmology specialist, who is forever disappearing off to China and Vietnam, to restore the sight of moon bears rescued from the bile farms. Thankfully, she found time between trips to operate on my little bear

Oh gosh Clare, to read about the plight of the Moom Bears is so horrifying and sad and awful and cruel.
I've been fairly active throughout the years concerning the plight of the voiceless animals treated so brutally for a variety of human so called "needs", such as impprtant things like vanity, must to name one. Anyway, it surprised me thst I was unaware of yet another act of barbarism at the hands of "humans".
What an incredible compassionate and caring human being Dr. Hartley is!!
Happy Hannah had a glorious additional bonus time of over one yr & two months after amp for osteo! She made me laugh everyday! Joined April's Angels after send off meal of steak, ice cream, M&Ms & deer poop!
It is, yes. It's absolutely sickening. Elsie actually did a sponsored walk, where she climbed the highest mountains in England, Scotland and Wales to raise money for Animals Asia, the charity which rescues and looks after the bears. I mean, I climbed them with her 😩 obviously, but it was Elsie's idea, as a way of saying thank you.

Wowee zowie Elsie Pie the Intrepid Mountaineer! That is an incredible and wonderful and compassionate thing to do: what else could we expect from the House of Meg? It is nice to hear about the Animal Health Trust: am glad Dr. Platt is here as EmmaRose will need compassionate care going forward. We won't be climbing any mountains other than that dang Mountain of C...r...a...well, oddly, I've ,iced up the letters. Sending huge hugs and lots of love and PyrPaws to the House of Meg with a special bunch of nose kisses going out to Miss Elsie Pie.
