Here is beautiful Skyler's Memorial Video.
Thank you "Golden Girls" for letting me put this together. Her time was short but so memorable!
Comet - 1999 to 2011
She departed us unexpectedly January 23, 2011 at the age of 12 1/2.
She was born with a deformed front leg and a tripawd all of her life.

I couldn't begin to say how special Sammy is to us. Living and laughing with and loving this wonderful boy is priceless.
Thank you so much for such a beautiful tribute. It will be one year tomorrow since Skyler's amputation. It's been a long time since I was on here, but I wouldn't have missed this for the world! Everyone, please understand that I do care. I just have found it too difficult to be a part of the forums. I'm still struggling a lot with the loss of Skyler. Cathy keeps me updated on the happenings, and to those of you who have lost your loved ones this year, my heart goes out to you.
Thanks again for remembering our beautiful, loving, Angel with a Tail.

Skyler – 10 year old Golden Retriever. Diagnosed with Mast Cell Tumor on 2-26-10. Right rear leg amputated on 3-4-10. Crossed Rainbow Bridge on 6-11-10. Chloe – Joined her sister on 4-4-11, due to hemangiosarcoma. The beloved Golden Girls are now back together.

beautiful!! seeing the girls together, is so loving and perfect. we know chloe misses her sister every day. such wonderful memories of a beautiful girl who left us too soon.

Life is good, so very, very good!!! Gayle enjoyed each and every moment of each and every wonderful day (naps included). She left this world December 12, 2011 – off on a new adventure.

What a touching video Comet, thank you. This was a beautiful peek into the life of Skyler and Chloe and it sure put a big smile on our face today. It was beautiful seeing them grow through the years.
Skyler and Chloe were two peas in a pod, her loss had to have been especially devastating to Chloe. We're so sorry.
Spirit Skyler, we know you're watching out for all of our Tripawd Angels. We love you, always.

I can't thank you enough for putting this memorial video together. I know we lost her 9 months ago, but now seemed the right time to have it done. Skyler's 1 year ampuversary was today. Although she didn't survive for more than 3 months, because of her...we have Tripawds in our lives....and that brings happiness into our hearts.
You guys are the best. At times you make me cry, but at the "right time" you always make me laugh (out loud).

Oh what a beautiful beautiful video - I just cried when I watched it. I can feel the depth of love that you all shared together and of course, being a golden lover myself, totally fell in love with your two puppies. Skylar is so special (of course Chloe is too) and I'm so glad that you've shared them with us. Mackenzie looks just like them when she was a puppy. Cathy - you've been such a great support to everyone here and we so appreciate all that you've done for tripawds too. Jane - we completely understand your pain so never feel that you have to apologize.

My sweet golden Mackenzie. She became my angel on Dec 29, 2010 at the age of 8 1/2 although she was always my angel from the time we brought her home. She was diagnosed with osteosarcoma in Sept 2009 and officially became a tripawd (front leg) on Nov 5, 2009. She will be forever in my heart and now she's running free with all of our other tripawd heroes. I love you Mackenzie!

Jane- everyone heals and deals in their own way at their own pace. I understand if Tripawds is not yet the place for you to hang out- so don't be sorry. Cathy holds down the fort for your pack.
I'm sorry Skyler's post amp journey was so short- she was a beauty. The picture of her in the rotating header is stunningly beautiful and always makes me smile.

Holly joined the world of tripawds on 12/29/2009. She has a big little sister, Zuzu, who idolizes Holly and tries to make all of her toys into tripawds in Holly's honor. And she's enjoying life one hop at a time!

Great memorial. I've just now found the courage to watch. Sometimes it is hard for the old timers too! Beautiful Skyler, forever in our hearts.
