Finally got to try and film a "better late than never" celebration of Frankie's TWO YEAR GOTCHAVERSARY DAY (which was January 12th) and Merry Myrtle's THIRD BIRTHDAY (December 29th)!
Of course, Frankie got to his junkfood treat plate before I could get it all on film, and Myrtle moved her plate to the ground.
Anyway, they each had a real junk food cupcakes with a cookie in top, a bit of organic chicken and some S'mores Ben & Jerry', ice cream! It doesn't count as "real bad" junk food if it came from Whole Foods, right??!
MERRY MYRTLE AND FRANKIE, I AM SOOOOOOOO LUCKY, AND SOOOOO HAPPY AND SOOOOOO JOYOUS TO HAVE YOU BY MY SIDE!! Happy Hannah, you did a good job by sending me these two to love, and to be loved back!

I loved it.  I loved how Myrtle had the cake all over her face and allowed you to hold it for her and Frankie was like no way mom you arent taking my cupcake and gobbled it up.Â
Thank you for sharing their birthday/gotcha day celebration with us. I can't believe you have had Frankie 2 years already and Myrtle 3rd birthday already.

 I see why this was done outside. It is hard to believe Frankie has been with you for two years already. I remember you trying to figure out what you were going to call him. It really didn't matter - he knew you and Myrtle were his.Â
And Myrtle was a puppy once? Mini Myrtle? I'd love to see a puppy photo.

Nitro 11 1/2 Â yr old Doberman; right front amp June 2014. Had 6 doses carboplatin, followed by metronomic therapy. Rocked it on 3 legs for over 3 years! Yeah, I really wanted to shed Frankie's "shelter" name and give him his furever home name! Got fairly close with Huckleberry, but Frankie fit him so well!! Sometimes I call him Frankie Lee, sometimes when he does naughty things, I call him Frankiestein! đ

This is my very first meeting with Frankie when I drove from Va to NC to meet him. Literally, this was seconds after he got out of the rescue's van. I was his and he was mine

He was a lap dog immediately first night home, that is when he wasn't sleeping side with Merry Myrtle from first night on đ
And here's a "mini" Merry Myrtle. Trying to remember...I think she was already four months when I got her. Happy Hannah sent her to me two months after she transitioned. She's actually a distant relative of Happy Hannah's.

Oh my, Charliebear is starting to type like Sally!! It's catchy. Must have a tavlet. From what I understood, I totally agree that Sally does have an "insanely generous spirit" which she has shared with Frankie and Merry Myrtle and her Angel Happy Hannah.

Well that explains it! You got Myrtle 2 days after Nitro's surgery! No wonder I didn't know about it.....I was still in sleep deprivation/major depression mode. Love the videos and pictures.......keep 'em coming!
