Our story: Broke rear leg in June 2013 - non-conclusive results for cancer so leg was plated and pinned. Enlarged spleen in September 2013 and had it removed and was diagnosed with Hemangiosarcoma and started chemotherapy. Became a Tripawd January 8th, 2014 and definitive Hemangiosarcoma diagnosis. Three major surgeries in 7 months and Shelby took them all like a champ only to lose her battle to cancer in her brain. We had 8 amazing extra months together and no regrets. #shelbystrong #loveofmylife

oh my goodness this is the most exciting thing ever!!! I just love his face!!!!!!!!!!!! They are going to have so much fun together! I want some videos of the two of them chasing the kitties around the yard!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Jill is a 9-year-old tuxedo kitty. She was diagnosed with Osteosarcoma in June 2012 on her toe in her right hind leg. Her leg was amputated on 12/12/12 and she completed four rounds of chemo (2 of Carbo, 2 of Doxy) in April 2013. Franklin is gorgeous, and so playful! Lucky, lucky dog to have landed in your home. And as a transporter - a heartfelt thank you for choosing to adopt. You saved not only Franklin, but made room for one more to live. Awesome!

Oh Sally, they play so well together. What fun! Frankie is so fast and agile.
I think Merry Myrtle is in love. She just can't let him be. Mind you, the word "cookie" does stop her in her tracks. 
I think that Merry Myrtle has totally forgotten about the Starbucks drive-through that she ordered from Santa. Instead she got a coonhound (Ukrainian Christmas gift I guess).
I've got to go back and watch that video again.

Murphy is a five year old Lab/Chessie cross. He was hit by a car on 10/29/12 and became a Tripawd on 11/24/12. On 2/5/13, he had a total hip replacement on his remaining back leg. He has absolutely no idea that he has only three legs!
UPDATE: Murphy lived his life to the fullest, right up until an aggressive bone lesion took him across the Rainbow Bridge on April 9, 2015 and he gained his membership in the April Angels. Run free, my love. You deserve it!

She looks so happy having a friend to play with. Frankie is so fast amazing...

OMG ... my heart is overflowing with happiness and laughter and love!!!! I LOVE how they instantly play together... how they are BFFs like they've been together for years! What a happy family you have! And I love how dogs are so resilient and happy and playful. And goodness, he is FAST! WOW....
I am soooo looking forward to more of their stories and life together! Congrats Sally! I am sooooooo happy for you! This was meant to be. MEANT to be!
