Still trying to figure out how to post pictures.

Facebook closed the oEmbed end point for embedding Instagram links in October, 2020. That means public Instagram posts will no longer automatically embed on third party websites, like here in the forums... smiley5

Here are detailed instructions for adding photos to forum posts . If you don't already share photos online somewhere, you can start a free Tripawds blog any time and upload them there. Need further help? Post in the Tech Support forum and we'll be happy to help!

Lucky's recovery room is now ready.  Corral is up, potential climbing spots blocked, and room for a mat for me to sleep on!!  We are getting there!

This is Lucky with his "brothers" and "sisters" except for the oldest - Ebby.

Okay enough with playing with how to post pics.  Question for rear amputee folks - do you raise the level of your kitty's water and food dishes?  I have read that you need to do this to help with balance.  I can see if it is a front amputee, just not sure about a rear amputee.

Huck is a right rear amputee.  He does not use a raised feeder.  His bowl is low to the ground and he has no issues.  I could see it being more useful for a front amputee.

I got my final instructions for Lucky today.  I don't know if I'm more nervous about the surgery or bringing him home tomorrow night!  Either way this momma is verrrry nervous!  I'm doing my deep breathing!!

You GOT this❤  The waiting and fear of the unknown are the worst.  I think i borderline hyperventilated the whole time after dropping Huck off. This is normal.  And it's not to take away from your feelings.... please don't misunderstand... it's to acknowledge them and let you know I /we understand❤❤❤
