Meet Dr. Sheila Kirt, DVM, of Home at Last Pet Hospice and Euthanasia in Tucson Arizona. Home at Last is a mobile veterinary practice focusing on end of life care for companion animals.
Dr. Kirt is a Tucson veterinarian who strives to provide those being confronted with the end of their pet's life another, comforting alternative. She does this by providing a quality of life evaluation, palliative & hospice care for end stages of life and peaceful at-home euthanasia for the comfort of clients and their beloved animal.

Ask yourself, if I were my pet would I be happy?
Analysis of pet's mobility and interaction with people.
Provide complete veterinary physical examination.
Has pet been diagnosed with a terminal diagnosis?
Does pet eat and drink willingly, and eliminate on his/her own without difficulty?
Does pet still greet family members and seek attention?
Is pet aware of surroundings and activity?
Does providing the required level of care diminish your own quality of life?
