Off to Santa Fe, NM for a few days to check out the new digs of the Veterinary Cancer Clinic then towards Durango, CO area.

Plan to stay in Lake City, CO for the summer while my people work on a dude ranch.

Hi guys, today we rolled into the beautiful town of Ouray, Colorado just north of Durango. We are so far up in the mountains! It's rainy and cold but supposed to be nice tomorrow. Can't wait to go out and splash in the mud!

Paw shucks … we passed through Virginia and Georgia late last year on our pass down the East Coast.

We are currently on our way to make a brief stop in Salt lake City, UT for a repair to our satellite internet system. Then we will be headed back to Lake City, CO where we will be spending the summer working at a guest ranch. Well, my people will be working. I'lll be a guest.

I'm lovin' the ranch life … hopping through the grass in the big pasture outside our front door, barking at all the the deer that come around every night, meeting all the new dogs and people that come and go, and swimming in the lakes.

We'll be here in Lake City, CO through September, then on the road again!

You lucky dawg…..HOME HOME ON THE RANGE WOOOOOO!!!! where the deer and the antelope play. I can just see you and your pawrents sitting by the fire heating up those beans, coffee and chewing tobacco with your cowboy hat and bandana….I think I am watching TV too much. Oh well you were all having lots of fun!

By the way for those of you avid readers…The Art of Racing in the Rain by Garth Stein. It is beautiful, fantastic, funny, sad and told by Enzo (the dog). Great reading….my mom could not put it down.

Lookout Denver, here I come!

From September 17 through 21, I will be in the Littleton/Denver area.

After that, I'll head to Boulder, then up to Yellowstone, Bozeman, Butte, and Missoula.
