Saturday, November 13th in Portland, Oregon. It is on my calendar and it is happening!

Raina & Indi, is this date still working for you? We were thinking that Friday 11/12 would be better since our plans are changing by the day and we now need to be in California on Monday. But that's only if you haven't already put the word out. Please let us know about this asap oK?

I know Comet is willing to foot the bill

I will if nobody minds if we can drink straight from the chocolate fountain.  I don't want any cutesy strawberries messing it up!

Chloe mom!  You know you don't have to go to a lot of trouble!   Just come!   If you feel a need to bring food, just stop at Dunkin' Donuts!   Beer and donuts are our favorite!  (I'm kidding!)

KAMI – just pick a spot and we'll find you!

Mmmmmm…….beer.

Sadie is my 9yr old Rott/Shepherd mix. Diagnosed with osteosarcoma in her right scapula 1/28/10. Our brave girl had her amputation 2/13/10 and her last chemotherapy on 6/6/10. Unfortunately, a tumor appeared in her back right leg and on 10/7/2010 Sadie's earthly journey came to an end.  On 10/24/2010 we adopted Ranger, a handsome Rott/Lab mix tripawd (got hit by a car) I think Sadie sent him to us. http://ranger.t.....pawds.com/

Hi Rene and Wyatt,

Yes, Friday, November 12 works great for us, too. Sorry I have been totally incommunicado (sp?). We were in New England for a week and the week back has been hectic. I have not spread the word like I intended to :( Indi has been in pretty gough shape. She has the worst hot spots she has ever had. Long story. Short story is YES! This Portland Pawty is ON. I have plans Friday evening, but time during the day. I would like to offer up our place down town as a meeting space, along with our favorite dog park, Fernhill. More tomorrow!

Indi the Saint Bernard mix had her front left leg amputated on August 31, 2010. She crossed over the rainbow bridge on December 17, 2010, because of a spinal injury, not related to cancer.

Hey, we're glad that everything is mostly OK. Hope Indi is feeling better. Friday sounds great we will be staying just outside of town since bringing the RV into Portland is not fun! We're looking forward to meeting you both.

Just a couple of pics from the Portland meet and greet. It was small, but beautiful weather and happy dogs.

Indi shows off!!

What gorgeous pictures – the fall colors and leaves in the background,  not to mention the regal looking subject matter,  make these photos picture perfect! Definitely calendar worthylaugh.  Glad you all had a great time! Thanks for sharing.

My sweet golden Mackenzie.  She became my angel on Dec 29, 2010 at the age of 8 1/2  although she was always my angel from the time we brought her home.  She was diagnosed with osteosarcoma in Sept 2009 and officially became a tripawd (front leg) on Nov 5, 2009.  She will be forever in my heart and now she's running free with all of our other tripawd heroes.  I love you Mackenzie!

Those came out, great, Rhonda! Thank you for posting. The fall leaves, and the light, and our fall colored dogs…. So great :)

We had a blast meeting Lincoln and Wyatt and all the pawrents. I call it our Portland Tripawd date instead of a pawty, since it was so cozy with just the three families. I'll write you and give you my address so you can send me some pics. Lots of love, Raina & Indi.
