Abby: Aug 1, 2009 – Jan 10, 2012. Our beautiful rescue pup lived LARGE with osteosarcoma for 15 months – half her way-too-short life. I think our "halflistic" approach (mixing traditional meds + supplements) helped her thrive. (PM me for details. I'm happy to help.) She had lung mets for over a year. They took her from us in the end, but they cannot take her spirit! She will live forever in our hearts. She loved the beach and giving kisses and going to In-N-Out for a Flying Dutchman. My heart aches for you, we remember what it's like to hear that there are no more options. We are so, so sorry.

Please try to reframe things, as hard as it is. When cancer get to this point, it's really time to experience the moment by moment living. This is when it become critical, in order to enjoy what time we have left together.

As long as she is eating and enjoying life, it is still her time to be here on this earth with you.

We are going to give you both the biggest hugs ever next week, can't wait.

It's better to hop on three legs than to limp on four.™

Skyler earned her wings and regained her right rear limb on 6/11/2010. Chloe earned her wings and joined her sister Skyler on 4/4/2011.They are now "Happy Together" with all the other Tripawd heroes and other furbabies that are running free at Rainbow Bridge.

Levi was diagnosed with Osteosarcoma 7-7-11 Ampuversary 10-14-11 Lung Mets Discovered 1-4-12. Chemo seemed to not be working so we switched to Artemisinin and other supplements. So far so good...

I'm so sorry! This is just all so hard on our pups and us. Spencer was diagnosed today with lung mets and it is almost dejavu for me, our last doberman had lung cancer. You'll know when it is time and it sounds like she isn't ready yet. With Baron (our last doberman) he went down hill; but still had some spunk until… he didn't. And we knew it was time to let him go. But you know what? He amazed all of the doctors with how long he lasted and how much it had to take over his lungs before he was ready. ((hugs)) to you guys!

Jac and Angel Spencer. Spencer was 5.25 years old. He fought a grade 3 fibrosarcoma, started on his shoulder. Left front leg amputated in August 2011. 15 weeks of chemo finished 12/22/11 (mytox and adria). Lung mets found on x-rays 12/28/11. Started carboplatin 1/6/12. Went to Heaven on 2/27/12.
