Well went to the vets monday to have her stitches out and what a little star she was, this girly has been through so much in her life, she's put up with such allot and has been the perfect patient thoughout.

Her wound is looking really good, there was abit of an angry looking area where th hair had grown inwards, that was cut away and aloe vera gelly put on and now its all lovely and pink again and healing amazingly well.

Im so pleased with how shes coped with the whole thing, theres been no phantom pain , which i was dreading, my vet said he left some of the muscle and wrapped the nerves insideand stitched it, so she shouldnt have any, well it worked a treat clap

What an amzing man he is as well, i cant praise this guy enough...

The best thing of all is that ive got my beautiful amazing girly back to how she was before the op, love her to bits superstar

I'm so glad that sweet Gilda is doing so well!!

There's a spot within the forums that you can post about Gilda's vet since you are so pleased with his treatment of your furbaby.  I'll post this and go out to find that forum title heading.  It's just a location for people who may be searching for a surgeon for their pet.

The forum title is "Veterinary Specialist Referrals" if you want to post about Gilda's doctor.
