My boxador, Mia, is a very determined little lady. Her hind leg amp is healing nicely except for ONE spot that she keeps jabbing with her cone. -_- I am a seamstress & was thinking of making a very light weight cover that I can take off at night & as needed to clean, so she can get out of her dreaded cone during the day--but I can't think of anything that will stay on. We tried all sorts of mens underwear & it just slides off, no matter how tight it seems to be while she's standing. She has some fluid drainage that is only on that one spot she jabs at with the cone & I feel like unless we cover it, we're going to have an infection issue. 🙁 She also is very sensitive to air/wind & anyone walking by her, her amp site starts twitching, & the only way to stop it when we're walking near her is to put a blanket over her back half, I'm hoping a cover will help prevent this.

I talked with a few seamstresses I know & apart from a full body coverall, there was an idea of making a cover that went around to the front & connected to the collar, but I have a sneaking suspicion that will not prevent it from sliding either. Any one have ideas they've tried or anything that worked?
