Thank you, I went to the vet today and it was infected.  I have oral and topical antibiotic and she has to wear a cone :( 

We also got more bloodwork done today as it has been 1 week since she did her first chemo treatment, kinda nervous

for that news tomorrow.

Thanks again for the advice.
