Perhaps, but only if the domain is the actual redirect URL copied by right-clicking the ad. We'll try submitting this one, but it is clearly not an Adwords redirect URL. This is different than the domain reported by the anti-spyware software..

Google says:

The ad link location is the full URL that the ad links to. To provide the ad's URL, follow these instructions:

  1. Find the ad you have feedback for.
  2. Right-click on the ad title and select one of the following, based on your browser: Copy Shortcut (Internet Explorer); Copy Link Location (Firefox); Copy Link (Safari); Copy Link Address (Chrome).
  3. Right-click in the field above and select Paste. This will insert the link location directly into this form, and it will appear as a long string of letters and numbers.
