OfflineI just did this last night with the Windows Movie Maker that is included in my Windows XP. It's free and easy to use. Not as many bells and whistles I suppose as some, but I find that then I'm just overwhelmed. I want to work on Raven's, but am not up to it yet…

OfflineHmmm… I was playing around with my Windows Movie Maker to make a slideshow, but the only video hosting providers its offering me is Neptune Mediashare or Mydeo. Will I be able to share from those to here? I'm not well versed in this stuff. But even if I can't embed it, I can't still share the link here and people could go view it, right?

Non-supporter Tripawds blogs can easily embed YouTube movies by just including the video view page url on a line by itself.
Tripawds Supporters can use the Viper's Video Tags plugin to embed movies from these video sharing sites:
- YouTube
- Google Video
- DailyMotion
- Vimeo
- Veoh
- Viddler
- Metacafe
- Blip.tv
- Flickr Video
- IFILM/Spike
- MySpaceTV
When using Windows Movie Maker, the best way to share your videos is ignore the hosting options, and just so save the movie file to your hard drive. Then upload the finished movie to YouTube. Here is a link for recommended audio and video specifications for YouTube.
Hope this answers your question.

OfflineI was wondering if this software is able to convert Itunes music files automatically or if it can use Itunes music files directly without having to convert them to MP3 files. Hope this makes sense. What I found on my flip video(which only uses MP3 files and Itunes is MP4) is that if I want to use music from Itunes I have to convert the files with a 3rd party software – kind of a pain. Thanks!

Great question! My geeky Dad Admin has been busy with some friends this week but I promise to bug him about this because I know he'll have the answer. Stay tuned!
