Dear Admin guy (and behind the scenes trained monkeys),
Lately the chat seems to be running kind of slow and last night we were in there chatting and it was really slow and like kicked us out. Sometimes we have to refresh to show our posts. Well I went to do that and it just sat and gave me the refresh circle and then no chat box came up. About 3-4 minutes later it showed back up

Thanks for the report and sorry for the trouble. This is interesting since no changes have been made lately to the chat. What browser are you using? How many tabs open at once?
Clear your browser cache and relaunch your browser. If problems persist, remove/reset any cookies you have in your browser for tripawds.com and relaunch your browser. (It is good to do this periodically after using the forums or chat for extended periods. You will need to log in again)
You can also see if you encounter problems with another browser. During long chat seesions, refreshing the page periodically or relaunching the browser can also help.

Browers is firefox. Don't like IE or chrome. and yep did all that 🙂 Usually 2 tabs. One for forums and one for Chat.
