Hi, l I am computer illerterate. I tried to start a blog named "Emily". I wrote our story but can't figure out how to add to it. My format is different than on the video. I don't think I have a dashboard. How can I delete it and try again? Thanks, Debra
Debra & Emily, a five year old doberman mix, who was diagnosed with an osteosaecoma. She had a right rear leg amputation on May 19, 2009. On November 10, 2009 she earned her wings and regained her fourth leg.
Hi Emily, Sorry for any confusion. You published your first post – titled Emily's Story – just fine! In fact, you have a comment from Merlin on the post awaiting your approval.
You can always view your blog at ...
http://emily.tr.....pawds.com/
And, your dashboard is located at ...
http://emily.tr.....m/wp-admin
(Don't worry, only you can access your dashboard.)
It looks like you edited the default first post titled "Hello World" to add Emily's Story. That's great, but it may have caused the confusiong regarding how to add your post, since it was already added. When writing a new post or page, simply click the blue "Publish" button to add it it to your blog.
You can add, edit, or delete any blog entries by clicking on the "Posts" tab on lthe left side of your dashboard. While the themes used in the Help videos may be different, the dashboard functions are the same.
Hope this helps. Sorry for the delayed response.
