Is there anyway to modify/customize our web blog templates? I know we can add our own header picts and side bar links… But how about changing the template colors, etc? Is that doable? I use Dreamweaver to create websites, but have no experience with blogs and WordPress. Is there some sort of software that I would need to download or purchase?

Jake, 10yr old golden retriever (fractured his front right leg on 9/1, bone biopsy revealed osteosarcoma on 9/10, amputation on 9/17) and his family Marguerite, Jacques and Wolfie, 5yr old german shepherd and the newest addition to the family, Nala, a 7mth old Bengal mix kittie. All Tripawds Blogs come with more than 100 design themes to chose from. Many of which have customization options. But since the same themes are available to all members, modification of the core files is not permitted because editing your blog would affect all others using the same theme.

If anyone is familiar with PHP and developing WordPress themes, however, we would be happy to provide files for editing and might consider including the modified themes back into the Tripawds Appearance menu.

In addition, there are nearly a thousand different blog themes available in the WordPress Theme Directory. Most of these should be compatible with WordPress MU, the power behind Tripawds Blogs. If you find one you think Tripawds members would like, send us the link. We'll put it to the test and possibly include it.
