The 18th was Mika's 6 month ampuversary (I'm a little late to the party, as usual) and I promised her just before surgery that I would grill her a steak JUST FOR HER, if she made it to today.  And so, there it is, Mika is one happy pup tonight.  Go, girl go!!

Thanks everyone for your continued support,

Mari & Mika the Wonderdog

YAY!  I am so happy to hear from you!  I was so worried that no news was bad news, it's been so long.

Congrats on half a year, and here's to that steak waiting at the end of the next half a year for your ampuversary!!

Way to go!!!!  Denali says "Mika gets steak and all I get is cooked ground beef, what's up with that?!" (as you can tell she's a little jealous, but she's not even at 2 months yet).  Hoping for many more steaks in Mika's future!

Kelp powder? Do tell?

Hi Dawn,

Well, I used it as part of my anti-cancer protocol. Kelp, alfalfa and green foods in general are great for dogs with
compromised immune systems. Kelp has many essential minerals, and binds
with toxins in the gastrointestinal tract to prevent their absorption
in the body.
