You probably all already know this but I think it's worth bringing up…
But I just want to remind everyone that when you need to buy something for you pups, check to see if Tripawds.com sells it or gets a commission. Our wonderful admin won't come out and say it outright but I will!
Correct me if I'm wrong, admin but I'm assuming that you are affiliates with many websites along with your Google ads and store.
If so, this means that they get a commission if the sale goes through them. It doesn't cost us anymore, they have already an arrangement with the company you will actually be buying from. But you have to click through the Tripawd.com website for them to get credit. It's the same with the Google ads you see.
I still feel bad about not making my BIOVET DNA kit because they would have gotten a commission without any additional cost to me. I'm sorry I didn't know at the time.
I know times are tough for EVERYONE, so if you are looking to purchase something, let's support our great admin by purchasing products that will get them a small commission in the process! If you don't know if they are affiliated with a product, just ask! They aren't going to get rich but every little thing helps!
Sorry if I've embarrassed you admin for bringing this up, but I don't think some of us (me) really understood that you make a little money with us buying stuff unrelated to just what is in your store.
By the way, I need pink ribbon for Comet's bows. I'm guessing you don't sell those?

I noticed a bottom banner add for Vets+Best. Are they one of the commissioned companies? I have some of their Hot Spot spray for allergy symptoms – scratching, licking, etc. It was given to Trouble by a friend, but it is great stuff and I know I'll be ordering in the future.

I was looking at the shop yesterday for one of those water bottles that have the dish attached but I didn't see one…perhaps cafe press only has the metal water bottles? If they DO have the doggie bottles, I would totally buy a customized tripawd one to add to my shirt and calendar collection ;)

Fellow Tripawders, click away – that what the banner ads are for!
Admin,
You are welcome.
Why don't you make a permanent section on the forums from just for what you posted above and update it as needed? Something like, "Shop with Us to Support Our Site". That way it's obvious, to the point and permanent on the site. There won't be anymore hinting around. (my previous life was in advertising, mostly television)
Now that you don't care what I write, I'll just tell you how to run you forums!

I believe you've done that for us here. I just edited the topic title and pinned it in the Shout Outs forum. Thanks again.
PS: I was the Marketing guy in my previous life, similar to sales but with a bigger budget and no commission. But that was a long time ago, in an industry far far away.

Hey everyone, I'm curious….what can we do to help people remember that Tripawds sells a ton of cool products, like Fido Fleece and booties and stuff?
People often forget that we carry items other than the Ruff Wear harness in our Gear Blog.
What does Tripawds need to help people make this their one-stop shop for all things Tripawd?
Any suggestions are greatly appreciated! Thanks.

Oh mannnnn -
You know I want to add my 2 cents since it's my specialty of 24 years but I'm afraid to speak up too much because I'll probably word it all wrong and it'll come off as jerky!
But here's a tip since I can't stop myself:
Don't hide stuff for sale in the topics. Make it a permanent place on the Forum so newcomers coming in can see it at a glance. Maybe put it under:
Life on Three Legs Talk about health concerns such as diet, fitness, mobility and the size/age of three legged dogs.
Helpful Three-Legged Dog Products for Sale
And then just update it as necessary.
Don't be shy. It's not rude to push products to tripawd pawrents, it's more of a service you are offering.
I'll stop now~

That's not "jerky" at all. We appreciate the input.
