Zip has the first year under her collar as of tomorrow! So happy but as we all know it has been a year of fears and joy. To all those who have not made it this far we wish you this and more and to those who have gone as far as they could, we remember you with love and tears.

YAY for the Zippers! 1 YEAR!!!!  Amazing!  We are in FULL celebration mode over here in Cometland!  We hope Zip has a special day!  We'll be toasting Zip with a cookie!

She departed us unexpectedly  January 23, 2011 at the age of 12 1/2.
She was born with a deformed front leg and a tripawd all of her life.

Diagnosed with Osteosarcoma: 5/2/2011      Ampuversary: 5/11/2011     OSA returned in hip: 8/26/2011 Chili Dawg crossed the Rainbow Bridge on 8/30/2011 & is now pain free.

Abby: Aug 1, 2009 – Jan 10, 2012. Our beautiful rescue pup lived LARGE with osteosarcoma for 15 months – half her way-too-short life. I think our "halflistic" approach (mixing traditional meds + supplements) helped her thrive. (PM me for details. I'm happy to help.) She had lung mets for over a year. They took her from us in the end, but they cannot take her spirit! She will live forever in our hearts. She loved the beach and giving kisses and going to In-N-Out for a Flying Dutchman. Skyler earned her wings and regained her right rear limb on 6/11/2010. Chloe earned her wings and joined her sister Skyler on 4/4/2011.They are now "Happy Together" with all the other Tripawd heroes and other furbabies that are running free at Rainbow Bridge.

My buddy Gus had a left front amputation on April 7, 2010 and lived a great life until July 26,2010
