She departed us unexpectedly  January 23, 2011 at the age of 12 1/2.
She was born with a deformed front leg and a tripawd all of her life.

Skyler earned her wings and regained her right rear limb on 6/11/2010. Chloe earned her wings and joined her sister Skyler on 4/4/2011.They are now "Happy Together" with all the other Tripawd heroes and other furbabies that are running free at Rainbow Bridge.

Diagnosed with Osteosarcoma: 5/2/2011      Ampuversary: 5/11/2011     OSA returned in hip: 8/26/2011 Chili Dawg crossed the Rainbow Bridge on 8/30/2011 & is now pain free.

My buddy Gus had a left front amputation on April 7, 2010 and lived a great life until July 26,2010

well, I had just logged in to post Coopers 9 month ampuversary post, and see that the wonderful and amazing Angel Comet and Ge'Lena have already taken care of it for me. Cooper has enjoyed a pretty good day today, beings he is pushing his way ever closer to 11 years old, and he has these pesky lung mints as he calls them, Cooper pretty much amazes me on a daily basis. As long as he is eating like he is and getting up every morning tail wagging, we are going to keep up the fight with him. We are taking each day a step at a time, thats all any of us can do anyway, each and everyone of us is only guaranteed the moment we have and each additional one is a precious gift. My Cooper has taught me so much about love , and patience and fighting the good fight and he teachs me more everyday! Thank you for each and everyone of your ampuversary wishes and friendship and advice, and thanks admin for the most pawesome support group ever, we never would have made it the first month without!!

Abby: Aug 1, 2009 – Jan 10, 2012. Our beautiful rescue pup lived LARGE with osteosarcoma for 15 months – half her way-too-short life. I think our "halflistic" approach (mixing traditional meds + supplements) helped her thrive. (PM me for details. I'm happy to help.) She had lung mets for over a year. They took her from us in the end, but they cannot take her spirit! She will live forever in our hearts. She loved the beach and giving kisses and going to In-N-Out for a Flying Dutchman.
