I wanted to share this picture with you because I think it's very special.  I have a very big, mounted and framed version of it on my bedroom wall!

The pic was taken on 17th November (so just one month after Darcy had her amputation). My hubby had taken Darcy for a short walk with our other Deerhound, Duffy.  Now - Duffy is not the brightest bulb so what he did on this walk was extra, extra fabulous.

Darcy got a little tired, so she leaned on Duffy for support and Duffy - rather than moving away and leaving Darcy to fall over (which is what I would normally expect from him) - stood stock still and just let her lean.  Marc (hubby) had enough time to point and focus the camera and still Duffy stood, supporting Darcy.

On my other forums, it has become known as That Picture, so I wanted to share it with you

A very beautiful picture, visually appealing, did a god job of composing it within such short time.

And the subjects ... buddy buddy through thick and thin ... just make me want to cry.

Wow what a fantastic picture!  It tells you how much unconditional love they have for us and for each other.  Thanks for sharing.

Absolutely priceless...it's those sort of moments in life that make EVERYTHING worth it...no matter the cost, no matter the heartache and no matter the pain. What a gift.

Thank you so much for sharing.

Much love

This is such an awesome picture!  It's so amazing how other animals know when to be there for their pals 🙂
