Thanks everyone - I've been sitting at the computer a lot over the last couple days and decided to a video tribute for Sebastian. The problem was I couldn't find just one song that covered everyone's feelings towards him not to mention trying to choose just a few of his good pictures and videos. So I decided to take my time and do a seperate video from each perspective. I decided to do the first one with Mojo as her tribute for Sebastian.

Mojo took over for Sebastian's blog. She'll help keep his spirit alive. She posted this on the blog, but wanted to post it here for everyone else. Hope you guys like it. I think the song really captures the bond these two had.

I'm off to take Mojo for a walk. I'll be sure to stay in touch and I'll post the future videos, although it will be awhile. Thanks again.

Tears here as I watched Mojo's beautiful tribute to her brother.  I'm so sorry for your loss!  Know you gave a beautiful unselfish gift to beautiful Sebastian when he told you it was time even though it broke your heart to do so.  We start this journey filled with so much hope and even in the short time you got after you were able to see your boy's resilience and warrior spirit shine.  I like to think those like your Sebastian and our Max who didn't get that extended time after amp get a few more "extras" at the bridge because they missed out on more loving here on earth.  Fly free new Angel, you will be missed  💔

I am so very sorry that your physical time with Sebastian has come to such a sudden end! Please know that his spirit will always be with you! You have given us all a beautiful picture of how Sebastian lived his life to the fullest! What an amazing life he had with his sister!

Bless all your hearts and please take good care of yourselves.

All the very best from Petra, Stewie and his Pack. ❤️

Petra said what I wanted to: our best friends never leave us. Sebastian will be with you forever. Broke my heart to read Mojo's blog post, but I wanted to tell you how selfless you were to let him cross when you did. Love,

Camille, I can’t thank you enough for this comment! I still struggle with ‘the right timing’ of his moments on earth! Mojo had a real zest for life and I will always wonder if it was too soon or too late... thank you 🙏!

I have come to realize that the 🌈 bridge is a truly beautiful place to be. All of these incredible spirits meeting and greeting all the newcomers, with old friends and new friends coming together... what incredible energy! We are all very fortunate to have our spirits be with us, all of them!!!

Many hugs to Mojo and Mum. I do hope you are managing okay? This is the brutal part of the journey that none of us wants to travel! Please reach out for help and a shoulder to cry on... we will be here! With all of your videos and your chronicles of your beautiful boy, you have made us all fall in love with his hoppy and exuberant soul!

This will likely be one of my last posts in this thread - I'll still be around, but I will start a thread in one of the other parts of the forum.

But I got a couple more pictures that I would like to share from Sebastian and Mojo's photo shoot a few weeks back.  We received these pictures yesterday, as well as Sebastian's paw print and his remains. It was a tough day, just when the pain has seemingly receded a teeny tiny bit, another huge wave came over when they brought him home. I can now watch his video without crying, so that's a start. There's at least one more video tribute that I will do - looking at his pictures, he had a gift of facial/body expressions that could make one smile.

Anyway, this is another picture of Sebastian and Mojo - Mojo looks so content with her brother.

Here's one of Sebastian - it was around this time that he really started to slow down, but this picture is absolute proof that cancer never took his spirit.

And then here's one of Mojo - we're hopeful that she can get back to this level of joy, but I know it's a process.

Thanks again everyone.

Thank you for taking the time to come in and share this with us. I know that's not an easy thing to do right now. I share some of your grief, every time I see his picture my eyes fill up. I wish you peace in such a difficult time, my thoughts are with you. I know he's in a better place but down here it's a really sad time right now. Please give Mojo an extra squeeze for Huck and I.

Would you please paste the link to the next post here that you set up and we will endeavour to keep up with your boys beautiful life stories!

These pictures are beautiful! Sebastian looks like the gentleman of the two for sure and Mojo looks like a whole bundle of fun and games! Love that face! 🙂

Its a tough time, we completely understand! Allow yourself the time to get through this.... you are grieving for your lost family member and these things take time and a lot of heart ache! The more we love our fur babies, the more it hurts when they leave us in this physical world. But he will never leave you entirely... you will feel him close to you at times that are most surprising and he is now one of your true guardians!

Sebastian is rockin’ it up at the 🌈 bridge! I mean look at those expressions on his beautiful face, yeah he sure makes me smile!

Anyway, this is another picture of Sebastian and Mojo - Mojo looks so content with her brother.

Mojo will grieve with you... 😔 She will be there to comfort you and yes she will miss Sebastian, that bond will never break, but she will also depend on you to get back to being dog and living in the moment with her! She knows her brothers close!

Take care and all the very best from

YYes, we very much want to continue to celebrate Sebastian's vloriously happy life-   Once you join, you are ALWAYS family here!     Whether you post here, or on the blog or under the Alumni thread, we'll find you!! 🙂

The waves of grief will hit you out of the  blue for a looooong time.  Like most of us, probably furever!

Haviw Sebastian back home is bittersweet.  Many have made little memorial gardens and planted a beautiful shrub or flowers.  Some have made a remembrance table with thi gs that make them smile.heart

These BEAUTIFUL pictures of Sebastian and Mojo will ALWAYS remind you of what a happy life Sebastian enjoyed everyday with you!!

And absolutely that piece of crap diseasq NEVER touched Sebastian's indomitable joyful Spirit and coukd never invade his eternal Soul!   Sebastian won!!   Always remew that!  It's part of his legacy around here!

We'll.look forward to continue to celebrate the earthly journey of this special happy boy!  And we look forward to heariw how Sebasw has made his presence known.

Lots of love

Sally and Alumni Happy Hannah and Merry Myrtle and Frankie too!

PS.  I looooove the two pictures showing Mojo running with a big grin on his face and then Sebastian running with the same big gri !!  They look like mirror images of each other! 🙂 🙂

Happy Hannah had a glorious additional bonus time of over one yr & two months after amp for osteo! She made me laugh everyday! Joined April's Angels after send off meal of steak, ice cream, M&Ms & deer poop!

Slow day - not a lot of action, here is the major highlight of today.

Obviously, it was a catch up on rest day for them. And while I worry sometimes about his activity level dipping, I notice that Mojo is resting just as much as he is, so it appears this is more of Sebastian getting used to a new normal and not one of pain. That makes me smile.

As some of you know, we brought in a new puppy into our family late last week. His name is Chewbacca (Chewy). He's a goldendoodle just like Mojo and Sebastian, although he's a F1B Medium, while the twins are F1 Standards.

Anyway... I remember when I posted the above video of Sebastian, there were several comments about him catching on to the whole camera act and it seemed like he put on a show most every day.

Apparently Sebastian let Chewy know about the camera. Fast forward to today, when Chewy has to be in the kennel until he is fully potty trained - he wasn't happy about it at first and decided to let everyone know!

Sebastian must have told him to settle down, as you can see from this video shot about 15 minutes later.

Does that sleeping pose look familiar? It should, lol.

All that whining and camera bashing really wear a boy out!

It's funny in that first vid where he whines for awhile then stops and looks to see if anyone is coming big-grin

If I wasn't at work, he wouldn't be in there, lol. He is generally very excitable, so sleep isn't really an option for him when we are around. The first day he was in the kennel when we were gone and Mojo was in a different room, he was howling and whining a lot.

So now Mojo stays in the same room with him - you can't see her in the videos, but she's in the room with him to keep him company. Chewy now gets in a bunch of dog naps during the day... it's obvious that he is comforted by her presence (and probably Sebastian too).

Mojo is getting extra treats and walks lately for being such a good girl.
