I just wanted to update everyone on Montana. It's been a calendar month since her amputation and although the first few weeks were really hard, she's doing very well lately. She had some issues with back pain, but accupuncture and chiropractic work really helped. We started her chemo a week ago and other than a little loss of appetite, it didn't seem to phase her. She had a CBC check today and all looked really good. She's moving around great, playing with her toys and wanting to go on walks and car rides. Her Ruff Wear harness has been really helpful for us for getting her in and out of the truck. We're enjoying each and every good day we have with her. Here are some pictures of her running around in the park last Sunday:-) Thanks to everyone who supported us through this challenging first month!

Yay!
Montana looks so happy … she is living proof that once they get through the ruff recovery, pups can continue to love life on three legs! Thank you for this wonderful update!
