Thanks everyone for your nice comments. Yes, Yogi is a VERY happy puppy and he does enjoy life to the fullest! His tail almost never stops. He loves (and needs) the agility training just to keep his brain engaged - he is super smart and we have to keep him active to keep him from getting in 'trouble'.
You might check out a Nose Work class with him. I just started an intro class with Elly and she is pretty good at finding those treats! Elly is supposed to be half Beagle (a Puggle), she doesn't look like a Puggle to me but she sure loves to follow her nose! And it is amazing how just a small amount of time searching tires her out.

Awesome, we LOVE seeing Tripawd parents investigate new sources of fun and entertainment for their animals. Let us know if you find a class! Once you do, consider starting a new topic in another forum area (maybe "Anything Goes"?) so we can follow along with your journey into K9 Nosework.

Been a while since I posted... I was recently looking back at some photos and videos of Yogi with four legs - it was sad to see him in so much pain. Life on three legs is definitely better for him! Nothing slows Yogi down. So, if anyone reads this that is still considering their choice about amputation or not - NO regrets from this tripawd parent.
