Osteo and amputation in Dec 2015. Second, inoperable, primary osteosarcoma found in June 2017.
The end of our adventures came Dec 10, 2017. 2 years to the day.
Whew this is good news indeed! A beauty mark for our beautiful Megastar of course! Now girls no more surprises! Moms job is taking her to America where she needs to make some $'s to buy you yummy treats and meat pies. I'm sure she'll have a great celebration supper when she gets back home to you girls. So what do ya say think you can "share" her with us for just a few days? See you soon Clare!

Yay for Cysts. Like I said just went through this 2x with Snickers and once with Bosch. Snickers had one removed because it started to grow and we didn't want it to burst (on the back hard enough to have it removed with closing it there). The other was on her front leg inside but it went away on its on. I consulted our holistic vet and changed her food and took her off all the extra salmon oils & vitamins that (i still give a little every few days.)
YaY for B9 and can't wait to have you relax and enjoy yourself now

That's interesting. I never thought about that. Meg takes high dose fish oil for her arthritis. I didn't realise there could be a connection. Will look into it.

Our story: Broke rear leg in June 2013 - non-conclusive results for cancer so leg was plated and pinned. Enlarged spleen in September 2013 and had it removed and was diagnosed with Hemangiosarcoma and started chemotherapy. Became a Tripawd January 8th, 2014 and definitive Hemangiosarcoma diagnosis. Three major surgeries in 7 months and Shelby took them all like a champ only to lose her battle to cancer in her brain. We had 8 amazing extra months together and no regrets. #shelbystrong #loveofmylife
And Elsie Piezpie, I'm pretty sure you're giving your Mum the "side glance stink eye"! 'It has to be frustrating to see Meg the Drama Queesn keep pulling these stunts to try and get more attention! I thinknyiu shoukd sneak into your Momma's suitczse and come on over to the States for THE pawty! That'll show the little Drama Queen how to REALLY get attention! 🙂
Happy Hannah had a glorious additional bonus time of over one yr & two months after amp for osteo! She made me laugh everyday! Joined April's Angels after send off meal of steak, ice cream, M&Ms & deer poop!

Eurydice 77kg/170lb Great Dane limping end of April 2016, amputation (right front leg/osteosarcoma) 4 May 2016 6 courses of carboplatin followed by metronomic therapy, lung mets found 30 Nov 2016. 3 courses of doxorubicin, PET scan 26 Jan 2017 showed more mets so stopped chemo. Holistic route April 2017. Lung X-ray 5 May 2017 showed several tennis ball size mets, started cortisone and diuretics. Miss Cow earned her XXL silver wings 12 June 2017, 13 months and 1 week after amputation and 6 1/2 months after lung mets, she was the goofiest dawg ever and is now happily flying from cloud to cloud woof woofing away :-)

Poor Pie! I just want to pick her up and love on her! I promise You Elsie Pie Mom will bring you some surprises home for sure! Every time I see a picture of this girl she makes me smile! Love you Elsie Pie. You and Meg hang in there and be good while Moms gone ok? Surprises coming!
Geez, Meg! I stop checking in for a few days and look what you do! Scare the pants (bloomers?) off of all of us! So glad it was a nothing.
I too just want to cuddle up with the cutest of cutest Elsie Pie! Maybe not if she's looking at me like that though - her stink eye is a prize-winner.
