There really is no set dosage for animals. I found a holistic animal website that recommended 1 twice daily for any animal 50 pounds or less and 2 twice daily for those over 50 pounds. I decided to give my Tazzie 3 twice daily because she was as big as a person, so probably any dog over 150 # can take 3 twice daily.

I have just read all these posts on the power mushrooms (didn't see this before.) I ordered these a couple of months ago and started giving Mackenzie 2 pills 1 x per day or 2 pills - 2x per day. I didn't know if I was observing things correctly but she seemed to get this instant energy boost as soon as I started giving them to her. I kind of shrugged it off thinking it was my imagination. But maybe not, after reading everyone's experiences with this. Plus her fur has grown back so much that now she's shedding like crazy – maybe from the power mushrooms?
I was talking to someone recently who mentioned the effect these have on humans too - amazing effect. So I was going to look into these for myself. But I'm glad to read about all of this and I'm glad to know that these work so well. So I will be ordering my 2nd bottle…thanks for this great information!

My sweet golden Mackenzie. She became my angel on Dec 29, 2010 at the age of 8 1/2 although she was always my angel from the time we brought her home. She was diagnosed with osteosarcoma in Sept 2009 and officially became a tripawd (front leg) on Nov 5, 2009. She will be forever in my heart and now she's running free with all of our other tripawd heroes. I love you Mackenzie!
