After posting in my blog just now (dogblog) I spent a long time reading all my previous entries of the last year and a half. I also read all of the comments underneath them and while I was crying my eyes out I also found that at the same time I am SO thankful for all of you people. Just the fact that there is someone out there that understands helps immensely, but the sheer kindness throughout all these months and especially lately ... I think I underestimated how much this really means to me. so:

thank you so much.

Oh derat, our dear, dear Tina.  Never underestimate how much you and Mannie mean to us...to this whole community.heart

Never underestimate that every word written is from a place of love and connection because we feel soooooo privileged to have you and Manni in our livesheart

Five years after my first post, and four years after Happy Hannah headed to the Bridge ahead of Manni, I still read those posts of support and WITHOUT FAIL find  some "pearl of wisdom" so lovingly shared with me that helps me help someone else.  You and your "twin flame" Manni ALWAYS will have "pearls of  wisdom" to share whenever someone goes back and reads his blogs and posts.

Ever underestimate how much you and Manni mean to us on so many levelsway-cool

With genuine love for you both

Sally and Alumni Happy Hannah and Merry Myrtle and Frankie too!

Happy Hannah had a glorious additional bonus time of over one yr & two months after amp for osteo! She made me laugh everyday! Joined April's Angels after send off meal of steak, ice cream, M&Ms & deer poop!

Oh Tina ... it's a two-way street for sure! You have spent countless hours and keystrokes being there for all of us too... through tears and happy times. Meeting you (and knowing Manni through you) is one of the most special things I have had the opportunity to experience.

I don't "trust" easy, I don't "like" easy, I assume the absolute worst about people 99.9% of the time  but each time I come here ,this community AND especially you give me hope in humankind ...

We ALL love you and we ALL wish we were closer to you!!!! Right now and always!!!

Much love my friend (and Jasper misses her cuddle buddy too).

Our story: Broke rear leg in June 2013 - non-conclusive results for cancer so leg was plated and pinned. Enlarged spleen in September 2013 and had it removed and was diagnosed with Hemangiosarcoma and started chemotherapy. Became a Tripawd January 8th, 2014 and definitive Hemangiosarcoma diagnosis. Three major surgeries in 7 months and Shelby took them all like a champ only to lose her battle to cancer in her brain. We had 8 amazing extra months together and no regrets. #shelbystrong #loveofmylife

Hi Tina,

I know we don't know each other very well, but I have read all about Manni and through him and your forum posts my heart feels like I have gotten to know you. I cried for you and Manni, and I understand your pain. We all feel it differently when we lose somebody we love, but I think all of us that have lost somebody special do share somewhat of a bond. I am tickled about my Huckmaster and grateful every day that cancer was not what took his leg. Keeping my fingers, toes, and everything else crossed now for our Mitchell dog waiting on his biopsy results. He just had his spleen removed and it had 3 mass/growth/abnormalities, whatever you want to call it.

You are such a strong person, and even after facing the ultimate loss you are still in here helping people. Your stories are just incredible. The way you write takes a person right there with you and your words let a person share the experience in depth. It is a true talent that a lot of people don't have.

Thank you for being a part of this group, and for all the support you give others. I wish I could do something to ease your pain.

Biggest of hugs,

Jackie

Oh Tina sweetheart 💗

You are so precious to all of us here and so is Mani 💕💕

You and him still are a fantastic team, you were truly made for each other ✊🏽

Now that he is playing with Eurydice and all the other Angels we must remember how much fun they are all having, I mean it Tina!

I am so grateful to have got to meet you and Super Mani in the flesh and keep the fondest memories of our time together.

You are in my heart and so is Mani and that is forever sweetie💗

Nothing can change that.

Sending you a HUGE hug and happy laughs from Mani and Miss Cow 😘😘😘🐮💫✨🌟🌹

Eurydice 77kg/170lb Great Dane limping end of April 2016, amputation (right front leg/osteosarcoma) 4 May 2016 6 courses of carboplatin followed by metronomic therapy, lung mets found 30 Nov 2016. 3 courses of doxorubicin, PET scan 26 Jan 2017 showed more mets so stopped chemo. I'm sure your Manni and my Ted are running around like maniacs sharing the same toy and dancing to the same beat...  I'm so sorry that you lost him - and Thank YOU for being so supportive of me when I lost Ted.
