I so very sorry for your loss of Paris. I know what you mean about the routines. My Dobie, Leo, just passed not even a month ago and he was the one who kept ME on a schedule. It was very eerie for me and a little hard to get used to not being awakened by him at dawn on the weekends to start the day.
Take comfort that Paris is free of this horrible cancer. I am sending our deepest sympathy and lots of hugs and thoughts. I know what you are feeling at this time.

Oh Ginny…Im so sorry! I had to add some tears to the pot on this one…..and my love goes out to you. We do what we can for them while its in our hands and then they leave us with the memories and their love. Im sure, like Max, that Paris was just full of love for her Mom to the end and knew that you were doing what was best for her.

Ginny – I haven't been on tripawds most of January and I've obviously missed a lot. I'm sooooooooo sorry about Paris…so sorry. It's just not fair and it's so difficult when they take such a sudden turn for the worse with no heads up. You're coming up on a month here soon and I know how hard it is. I hope that you are finding some peace and able to smile and laugh when you think of her or see pcitures/videos.
We are sending you tons of love and hope that you know that she couldn't have had a better mommy and daddy than you guys. Could you imagine what would have happened to her if she were in someone else's care? She was meant to be with you. Those thoughts bring me a lot of comfort when I feel sad or guilty that I could have done something more (which we all know we did the best any pawrent could ever have done).
