We are so sorry to hear of Brady's passing. You did the best you could for him and I'm sure he was thankful for that. He's playing whole, and pain-free at the Rainbow Bridge with other Tripawd heroes. RIP sweet Brady…run free.

I am so sorry for your loss.  Know that you were doing the best for him, and he knows that.  I'm glad that you were with him when he crossed the Bridge.  Know that he is free and whole and with many tripawd heroes.  Love never ends.

I'm so sorry!  This was one of my biggest fears with Spencer's surgery. ((hugs))

Jac and Angel Spencer.  Spencer was 5.25 years old. He fought a grade 3 fibrosarcoma, started on his shoulder.  Left front leg amputated in August 2011.  15 weeks of chemo finished 12/22/11 (mytox and adria).  Lung mets found on x-rays 12/28/11.  Started carboplatin 1/6/12. Went to Heaven on 2/27/12. I miss him like crazy every day.  See his blog here:  http://spencer.tripawds.com/

I too want to help you with words of comfort.  It is just so sad to lose Brady this way!  I agree with what many others have said, the only way to get rid of the horrible pain of bone cancer is with the amputation, so you were doing the best you could for your boy.  I'm just so very very sorry.  Sending you virtual hugs and very real prayers for peace.  I believe he is now in a good place, no more pain, just running free from cancer while he waits to see you again.

Elizabeth

Diagnosed with osteosarcoma in the right front leg 8/23/10, leg fractured 8/27/10, leg amputated 8/30/10 http://sammyand.....pawds.com/   I couldn't begin to say how special Sammy is to us.  Living and laughing with and loving this wonderful boy is priceless.

We are terribly sorry to hear about the loss of Brady.  Hopefully you can find peace knowing he is now running pain free and eating all the table scraps he can manage.

Take care of yourself and know you made the best decision for him,

Tara and Fergus

Thank you all for your kind words and prayers.  I buried Brady yesterday beside the pond at my Dad's house with his favorite ball.  He was a true water dog and to me a hero for the way he coped and loved til the end.  Tears are still falling but smiles have been added.  Please know that I will continue to pray for each of you and your loving pets that your journeys will be long and painfree.

-Your friend,

Brady's Mom

Oh too well do I know your pain. At times I let it consume me so I can heal or scar over. It's only been a week since we said good bye to Zippy so please know you are held closely by a family who weeps with you.

It is always such a shock to our community when one of our new friends is lost so suddenly. We didn't know you or Brady long, but we feel your pain and so wish the outcome had been different. You are in my thoughts as you struggle through the shock and pain. May the happy memories soon bring a smile when you remember Brady.

RIP sweet Brady. Run free at Rainbow Bridge.

I'm so sorry for your loss.  Such a tragedy.  But I'm glad he has his favorite ball with him.
