Previcox is anti-inflammatory NSAID (like taking ibuprofen in humans).  It works rather fast and helps healing by eliminating the inflamed tissues and such.

K 9 Liquid Health and Cosequin is a supplement.  The supplements are subtle and are a maintenience type supplement (like taking a vitamin - sort of)

 

I would call the vet to get an approval first but it generally is okay.  But don't do it without your vet's consent first.

She was born with a deformed front leg and a tripawd all of her life.

It is safe to give an NSAID such as Previcox with both Tramadol and gabapentin as well as glucosamine but I would only use it if it was prescribed by your veterinarian for this dog.  Previcox has a rather narrow safety window and can easily be overdosed.
