Previcox is anti-inflammatory NSAID (like taking ibuprofen in humans).  It works rather fast and helps healing by eliminating the inflamed tissues and such.

K 9 Liquid Health and Cosequin is a supplement.  The supplements are subtle and are a maintenience type supplement (like taking a vitamin – sort of)

I would call the vet to get an approval first but it generally is okay.  But don't do it without your vet's consent first.

Yes, please consult with your veterinarian or wait to hear from Dr. Wiltzius (aka: tazziedog).

It is safe to give an NSAID such as Previcox with both Tramadol and gabapentin as well as glucosamine but I would only use it if it was prescribed by your veterinarian for this dog.  Previcox has a rather narrow safety window and can easily be overdosed.
