Hi everybody,

Here's two more videos of Eurydice a little over 3 months after amputation.

She is showing me how she can enjoy life on 3 and how normal life can be for her, I am treasuring every moment with my girl.

I hope this might show gigantic breed pawrents how well they can adapt, I know I had my doubts about amputation because of her size and weight but it turned out marvellously so far.

Sending you all a big hug and cuddles to your fluffies heart

Eurydice 77kg/170lb Great Dane limping end of April 2016, amputation (right front leg/osteosarcoma) 4 May 2016 6 courses of carboplatin followed by metronomic therapy, lung mets found 30 Nov 2016. 3 courses of doxorubicin, PET scan 26 Jan 2017 showed more mets so stopped chemo. Holistic route April 2017. Lung X-ray 5 May 2017 showed several tennis ball size mets, started cortisone and diuretics. Miss Cow earned her XXL silver wings 12 June 2017, 13 months and 1 week after amputation and 6 1/2 months after lung mets, she was the goofiest dawg ever and is now happily flying from cloud to cloud woof woofing away :-)

So inspirational to see sweet and gentle Eurydice doing everything she always has.....living life to the fullest and having a blast!!

I was laughing and laughing at Luna and Eurydice doing the "dance of pee" with such elegance! I love how Eurydice topped off her dance with the "grass in your face" twirl!!

It warms my heart to see how gentle she is and how much she just adores her doggy friends. Such a sweet, sweet Soul.

Eurydice, you are a real hero around here, especially for bigger dogs have owners wondering how they could possible handle three legs! Eurydice is their answer!

Lots of love!

Sally and Alumni Happy Hannah and Merry Myrtle and Frankie too!

Happy Hannah had a glorious additional bonus time of over one yr & two months after amp for osteo! She made me laugh everyday! Joined April's Angels after send off meal of steak, ice cream, M&Ms & deer poop!

I am really impressed with my girl, she adores life and is quite a character, I imagine just like your Happy Hannah, from what I've seen in your old videos smiley

Sending you much love and tummy rubs to your cuties heartheart

OMG how adorable! I just shared this on social media, it's pawesome to see Eurydice out there teaching those young pups about what's possible in this world.

I wonder if Luna will tower over Eurydice some day? Those Corso pups get really, really big!

Hi Jerryheart

Well, Luna will have a very broad chest but no way she will ever tower over Eurydice, my girl is a few cm shy of 1 meter to the base of the neck, she is the biggest dog I ever had and one of the biggest I have ever come across

My previous Dane Kinky was so modest in size compared to miss cow big-grin

I hope I am not loading Tripawds too much with all the videos, I had to post these 2 because one thing is to show they can technically manage on 3 another is to show they are fully back being dogs and enjoying their old habitsclap

I have no idea (like the rest of us) how long does she really have so I want to document as much as possible and pass it on to others.

Sending you a big hug and lots of cuddles to Wyatt heart

Oh my gosh Miss Cow makes our day whenever we see how she's doing, please don't ever worry about too many videos. They're hosted on YouTube so not causing strain on our server or anything like that, really. We LOVE the videos and watching her daily life!

1 meter at the base of her neck? WOW!

Hi Jerry heart

Oho ... you've opened a can of worms now ....

Eurydice is having her first hydrotherapy session Monday and guess what? I'm gonna video it!

Yes, one may not realise how huge she is by just looking at the photos and videos but 1m to the base of the neck is not that usual even with Great Danes, hence the added bootie problemwinker

I had no idea what I was getting myself into as Kinky, my previous baby Dane, was normal size and about 120 pounds.

The best part of having miss cow is the look in little children's eyes when they see her, so, so sweet heart

Sending you a big hug and cuddles to Wyatt heart

Thank you Sally heart

I had no idea when I joined Tripawds that I would be supporting others too, now I can understand why people stay in this site even when their furry babies are no longer here.

It is so important to help others during this crazy journey I think I will be here for years and years to come and hopefully will keep posting Eurydice's videos for many, many, many years too !!!!

I absolutely adore your videos, they are so full of laughter and fun.

One that comes to my mind is you giving Myrtle commands right after she did whatever she wanted to do "look around Myrtle, stretch the paw, roll over"laughing

And also a sweet video of Happy Hannah kissing you with a soft toy in her mouth heart

Sending you a big hug and lots of ear scratches to your gorgeous babies heart
