-just a thought-

I am new to this forum but everyday since i have signed up i have been in here reading peoples success storys and tragic losses. The storys of these dogs roll from (for example) my dog has cancer how will we ever be able to live with this-to- bonsco is celebrating his 3 month ampuversery-to- boscos final good-bye, i will see you agian someday. I know the info on these forums would belong to whoever wrote them but I think they should give permission to Jerry or the admins around here to print them out and make a book out of them. Print out the blogs and post them as a story in the time frame that they was written. Chicken soup made alot of money taking in storys like they, they was written by individual people in thier own individual dialog. There should be one mad in the honor of these tripawds and let the proceeds go to the website or some canine cancer fund. Leave the dog owners screen name as the "author" so no "one person" gets all the recognition and the money goes to a good cause.

MY dog sits proud as I stand at attention

I salute my director

Brilliant idea!  I am all for it.  If this wasn't financially draining me I would be immediately sending everything extra I have to help fight this.  I was feeling bad for not even knowing about this desease and having no way to fund research right now.  I will think of something but I love your idea, simply brilliant 🙂

Diagnosed with osteosarcoma in the right front leg 8/23/10,

leg fractured 8/27/10,

leg amputated 8/30/10

I couldn't begin to say how special Sammy is to us.  Living and laughing with and loving this wonderful boy is priceless.

-Chloe's mom

Chloe became a rear amp tripawd on 7-29-10. Another tumor was removed on front leg 2-20-14. Found 3rd tumor on neck 2-2015, but she's still kicking cancer's butt at age 14. Chloe's blog

Ohhh, wait'll you see what we have up our sleeves! Yes, there are some incredible stories here. In the past we have worked with members to compile stories in these Tripawd Tributes books, and it's definitely on our radar to do more projects like this in the future.

Actually, every member who joins Tripawds agrees to our Terms of Service which grants license to use any user-contributed graphic or textual content for publication and/or promotional purposes. In other words, that permission has already been granted! The Tripawds Tributes & Heroes picture books are just the first of hopefully many exciting and helpful books to come.

If you ever do another book I would love to submit an entry for Emily!

Debra

Debra & Emily, a five year old doberman mix, who was diagnosed with an osteosaecoma. She had a right rear leg amputation on May 19, 2009. On November 10, 2009 she earned her wings and regained her fourth leg.
