PETRIFIED of losing that blankety blank teeny weeny memory card.....had to take it out of computer because I had no "storage left...had my BFF at Verizon take it out because I was PETRIFIED of damaging all those beautiful images of my happy hunk of gentle, slobbery love!!
Went to take the memory card back to BFF Bobby to put it back in for me.....yeah...I was THAT afraid to touch it for FEAR of screwing it up! Wanted tompost some of her Christmas pictures. The card wa GONE!! Not in the sfae place I put it! Apparently it fell out of the little bag I put in in....
You can see the bigger ones...but the tiny o ne was the size I was looking for.......
CANNOT TELL YOU THE DESPAIR for the last sevsral weeks.........
As a last ditch effort, I took my computer to BFFBobby at Verizon to see if he could do any magice and somehow retrieve the pics without a memory card.....oh....and I jad NO back up sustem in place....
So he tries stuff...nothing's working....I, through my tears, throw down the little baggie and showed him it wasn't there........or was it??????????
So BFF Bobby at Verizo pulls out one of the bigger memory card things...and pulls ut a baby memory card from one of them....THE BABY MEMORY CARD....THE CHRISTMAS MIRACLE....MY HAPPY HANNAH'S MEMORY CARD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Can you see it???? That little one was tucked inside the big one.....exactly where he showed me he put it!!!!!!!!!!
Don't need to worry about losing my Happy Hannah, she's here with me all the time!!!!!
Okay...gonna go post her reindeer pictures now!!!!!!

I knew it would show up. That bigger card you can take anywhere like a Walmart or someplace and print off pictures with that baby memory card safely inside.

05/04/2006 - Bosch, Sassy's pal, earned his wings 03/29/19 fought cancer for 4 months.

OMG ... I would have had a coronary.... literally!!!!

October 15, 2000 to April 8, 2014
Our story: Broke rear leg in June 2013 - non-conclusive results for cancer so leg was plated and pinned. Enlarged spleen in September 2013 and had it removed and was diagnosed with Hemangiosarcoma and started chemotherapy. Became a Tripawd January 8th, 2014 and definitive Hemangiosarcoma diagnosis. Three major surgeries in 7 months and Shelby took them all like a champ only to lose her battle to cancer in her brain. We had 8 amazing extra months together and no regrets. #shelbystrong #loveofmylife
OH MY GOSH!! I totally understand you complete feeling of utter PANIC!! I would do the same thing if I lost my memory card. I have all my photos backed up on photobucket right now.
Oh my gosh, I would have been a mess! My heart stopped for you when I read your title. You need to get those off that tiny card Sally, have Bobby put them on a thumb drive, a disk or an external hard drive or something...and keep a couple copies in a couple locations. That tiny little card is too easy to lose!

I'm so happy you found the memory card. I know what you mean about those micro cards. After Lucian chewed on our digital camera and I had to go buy another one I picked up the normal size memory card that our old camera used. When I got home I looked at that camera for like 30 minutes trying to figure out how to get this big memory card in this little slot. So I go back to Best Buy and they tell me it takes a Micro disk so I buy that and return the other. So I'm at work sitting there trying to figure this mess out because it looks the same size as the one I took back.
It took me about an hour to figure out the teeny tiny disk went inside the big disk to load stuff on computers....
I finally realized the tiny disk goes in the camera...
Oh and I loved watching the videos of Hannah. They sure did get Lucian's attention and he stood here barking at the computer screen....he's such a silly boy!

Poor Michelle, I happen to call her about something...hadn't said a word to anyone about losing her pictures...and didn't intend to....until, out of the blue I start blubbering in her ear about not finding the blankety blank memory card! She tried the breathing and chocolate thing....I think I said something like..."Screw breathing and screw chocolate!" LOVE YOU!!!

Our awesome Golden Boy was diagnosed for OSA in April 2014 in the proximal humerus, front-leg amp on 05/20/2014. Finished chemo (Carbo6) on 07/10/2014. Ongoing treatment: acupuncture + K-9 Immunity Plus ( 3chews) and home-cooked no-grain diet. Stopped Apocaps because of liver issues. Liver issues: controlling altered enzymes with SAM-e and Milk Thistle. October 17: started having seizures. Taking fenobarbital for seizures. April 18: started prednisone.

Sally, you almost had me sobbing again after checking in to the recent posts here.......I was not gonna read this post of yours because I didn't want to read about more heartbreak for you. But I am glad I did, and now know that I do not have to be heartbroken, but instead filled with joy! I lost a ton of pics and videos of Maggie and Polly in their younger, happier days with me, so I know the potential heartbreak you are talking about.....we could never recover what I lost......ugh......
Anyway, I was overjoyed that you could recover these absolutely wonderful forever keepsakes of your sweet Happy Hannah.....!! What a treasure .....!!

Our beautiful Lily was diagnosed with osteosarcoma in her front leg on 12/14/11 at age 8 and had amp on 12/16/11. She completed 5 rounds of carbo. She was so brave and kicked cancer's butt daily! She lived life fully for 4 years, 3 months, and 15 days after her amp. My angel is a warrior princess. I miss her so much.
