We just found out…

I’ve found myself sitting here for about a half hour, tears flowing, heart aching, unable to find the words to send you. I don’t know where you found the strength to compose such an eloquent, intimate and heart-wrenching account of Jerry’s passing. I admire your strength immensely.

First let me say that we are so deeply sorry for the loss your precious baby – a remarkable being whose journey helped inspire and give courage to those of us who thought they had no one during one of our darkest hours. Whatever sense you may have of the positive effects you’ve created through Jerry and Tripawds, please quadruple that notion. Our thanks, and I’m sure countless others, cannot be measured in words. We will be forever grateful to the three of you:)

To honor Jerry, we’re giving Sammy & LC extra long hugs and a very special treat, lighting a candle and sending his beautiful spirit our love ~ smiling thinking about how much fun he must be having running free:)

I could not think of how to say it better Vicki…my emotions and feelings mirror yours. Rene, Jim and Jerry spirit dog…we love you so very much and think about you guys each and every day in the morning when Zeus (and Buddy too) and I snuggle and start our day and at the end of the day when we pray for all tripawds and thank god for another wonderful day together.

Thank you for providing a wonderful example on how to “keep on keeping on” when the inevitable happens.

Your family here on tripawds.com will always be here for you. I feel honored to be a part of such a wonderful group with two of the finest people I know at the helm. You are a godsend for all people and especially those who have the stress and trauma of having a beloved dog who is in the different stages of cancer and amputation.
